The best time to dine

Sunset times in Menorca vary by month: in April and May the sun sets around 20:00–20:30, in June and July it stretches to 21:15–21:30, and in September it moves earlier again. We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before sunset to settle in on the terrace.

Terrace tables with views are the most requested. Booking ahead is essentially a must during high season, especially for dinner service.

How to get here

La Frañola is in Playas de Fornells, 30 minutes from Mahón and 8 minutes from Fornells village. Easy to reach via the Me-7. Free parking next to the restaurant, so no trouble parking even at sunset time.
